Custom and personalised orders (e.g. custom-letter pieces) are made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Resin Gloss is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
