Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
- Self Collect: Available by appointment. We will contact you with collection details after your order is placed.
- SingPost Local (Untracked): Delivered via standard SingPost mail. Please note that untracked mail cannot be traced once dispatched. Resin Gloss is not liable for lost untracked parcels.
International Shipping We ship to selected countries via:
- Airmail (Untracked): Standard international mail. Delivery times vary by destination. Resin Gloss is not liable for lost untracked parcels.
- SpeedPost: Tracked international shipping with faster delivery times.
Estimated delivery times for international orders are 2–6 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.
Import Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Resin Gloss is not responsible for any additional charges incurred after shipment. If you are unsure about applicable duties or taxes, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels Resin Gloss is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, particularly for untracked shipping options. If you require peace of mind, please select a tracked shipping method where available.
